It would have for sure been interesting to see an asian model on the cover...I think when you think about modeling's demographics, asian models are even more so of a minority than black models, historically. So, it's even a smaller chance of seeing an asian model on the cover of an international magazine unfortunately.

"The Asian Issue" with Lady Gaga on the cover. I'm getting tired of her (Judas was the last straw) but I love the covers. But seriously, would have really hurt to put Liu on the cover?

"Girls On Top" is amazing! Especially Liu Wen, Shu Pei and Tao's shots.

No, he said that V doing an Asian themed issue without an Asian on the cover would be like Vogue Italia doing a black issue without a black girl on the cover, not that the cover didn't have black models on them. It's just stupid to have an Asian themed issue without an Asian on the cover.

You misunderstood what I wrote. I meant it would be like that issue of Vogue Italia didn't have Jourdan and the rest of the Black models, for a Black issue.
