It's an "hors série", just like a supplement to Elle magazine, except it's sold separately

But I don't get the concept behind it ? The French 'Elle' already has 'Elle à Paris', "Elle à Table', 'Elle Décoration'.This one doesn't make any sense, or is this just an exceptionnal edition ? Or like "Elle People".

That said, the titles make it sound interesting.
