Model Catherine McNeil’s skincare secrets

She’s the Australian pony walker the fashion world loves to look at and many would love to look like. So when modelling sensation Catherine McNeil made time to shoot Vogue Australia’s January cover – on sale December 2 – the Sydney shoot proved the perfect chance for us to ask the new blonde beauty how she keeps her complexion in supermodel-worthy condition.
Her secret is simple: the down-to-earth model opts for a fuss-free approach to skincare. “I just use face wash, moisturiser and toner, and that’s pretty much it,” she candidly told us during the shoot. But forget luxury-priced lotions and exclusive model treatments.
When it comes to choosing said skin essentials, McNeil visits Lush Cosmetics New York flagship to stock up on their range of organic homemade and environmentally-friendly products. “They have such great stuff for the skin like tea tree, lavender, elderflower and avocado oils,” she told us. One look at the result of the Vogue Australia cover shoot and it’s clear this natural approach to skincare is doing her the world of good.

I agree and I usually hate red text on covers, it can look so tacky but I really like it in this case and Cat looks gorgeous.
