The cover looks like a kid's final project for a graphic-design / desktop publishing class.

Vogue Australia used to have its own voice - about ten years ago, I seem to remember buying a magazine that produced unique covers and content, and infused trends with a fresh, modern, outdoors vibe.

I really like Vogue Australia Living, so it's not that they can't produce decent magazines.
