Toni as always ruins a stunning picture with her droopy eyes.

I actually love this! The colors, the dress, the pose with those dead eyes, the makeup. What I hate about it is the "Xmas" too informal. And the layout. So much space

I know right I feel like she makes every picture she's in a carbon copy of everything else she's been in. The concept itself is nice for the festive season and it would probably have looked OK with someone more expressive. But the color of the masthead is inexcusable, I hate how it's contrasting to the background color and sticks out way too much when the focus should be on the pompous dress. It's weird how there are only very few simple elements on this cover and yet they all drown each other. Also, I find it strange how Vogue Germany now has the same page format and paper quality as US Vogue and yet the covers still don't have that glossy effect that US Vogue has? Or at least it doesn't look like this cover was made to have it, I can't imagine all that purple on glossy paper.

I love it. Especially cause it's Toni. Colours are great IMO. Finally a December Vogue cover I want to buy.

Psylocke, I don't think they have the same paper material (at least the covers don't), German Vogue (and other German mags like Elle & Cosmo) covers are more like matte, not glossy. Also, the feeling is different when you move your fingers over the covers.

And they saved the best for the end. IMO, the nicest Vogue Deutsch cover this year.

She looks stunning but the green masthead with the purple background and the color of the dress, i mean its a bit much for me, and i dont get the December vibe at all. Gosh this year December covers have been so bland!

Yes, that's what it used to be like but I'm pretty sure the October issue had the glossy effect, and the format was definitely smaller and the same as that of US Vogue. I haven't taken a closer look at the November issue so I'm not sure if it was the same or if it was just a one time thing, maybe?

This would be better with someone else's face. Her covers are so unimpressive, she usually has that same stupid, blank look.

I like the fact that it has nearly precisely the same color scheme as one of my favourite British Vogue covers from 1976.
