Just found this on voguevanity.it as being April's cover, replacing the March cover (as seen in the series of four covers at the bottom of the page). The site has a new 'photo story' as well.

Well, that December cover was absolutely amazing! One of my favorite covers in recent months, but April is nice. I'm not blown away, but its got an interesting softness to it.

I always like to see Karen Elson, but I know what ASF means - you expect Vogue Italia to go for something fresh every month, but they choose to go with Elson again, and it does feel a bit deja-vu, even if you love her.

I really like Karen, but... again? First Sasha in Jan. - March and now Karens second cover in short time. Steven needs to variate his covergirls. He getting boring with his models. Karen looks lovely though.
