Just no. Great concept but not so good execution.
Really bad model choices, to start, they all look really awkward, for exemple the first shot, look at Crystals eyes, thats nothing. And it goes on and on.
Everything leaves me really cold, I just dont get it.
The only positive point is the styling, and I would love to see Panos doing more work with Meisel or womenswear in general.

Horrid. I just don't understand what's going on... Why execute such a great theme like Prom Night in a such a poor way? What could have been done with another focus and better models. But maybe it's not them, it's just that they didn't have an appropriate guide of what to do at the photoshoot. God please someone wake up Steven Meisel, this cannot be him

I love it. The dour and depressive mood works really well. I love how all the models look jaded. The styling is excellent. Love the casting.

The exact opposite for me...I haven't admired on single thing they have produced together, and this month's ed is not an exception. True to consistency, Meisel kept the dullness from the cover and sprinkled it all over 22 pages. Besides that, Kelly by Unwerth and Steven Hiett's accessory ed look forgettable, the kind of eds that are there to fill up pages and the kind that you rip out to put on your wall. Hopefully, there will be a reason in this issue to make me purchase it...

Prom Night is boring indeed.. I had hope 'cause I liked the covers but it turned out disappointing. The concept is still interesting but there's nothing fun or fresh in the result.
