it's not as bad as I had anticipated! imo she resembles amy winehouse (just a bit!) in that pic for some reason

I think that I speak for us all when I say I expected Linda...but I have to say, as an oposer of celebs on magazine covers, I don't mind this one at all! I like Eva and I think she is quite gorgeous. And in my opinion, this cover really works. Thanks for the previews!

how strange. she's a beautiful girl and he's an innovative photographer, but he couldn't make her look good.

Well don't speak for me, because I didn't expect Linda, and I would have hated it had it been her

Eva deserves a Vogue Italia cover as much as anyone.
She looks gorgeous , which isn't surprising because she's one of the most beautiful and sexy women out there.
Very interesting cover choice!!!

I actually prefer that she has nothing to promote.. it so boring when they have, like Madonna's latest album and she had so many boring covers.

Interesting cover choice btw. I kind of like it.

I wanted Linda on the cover so bad, and i truly thought it was a done deal, lol.Anyway i am sure she will get one this year, specially since she scored the campaign of all campaigns.

She will appear in two Calvin Klein campaigns this coming season
(underwear and fragrance)

both shot by Meisel

maybe he was 'encouraged' by Calvin Klein firm to use her, so as to raise her profile just before the 2 campaigns come out. But he wouldn't shoot a campaign with someone he doesn't like would he?

Horrible cover choice.

Don't get me wrong, she can be pretty sometimes. But her acting sucks, and her attitudes are repulsive. I will never forget her saying she doesn't mind being "owned" by a man. A throwback for women everywhere.

I can't hate on this. Eva is easily one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen up close and personal. Meisel clearly favors her and I think this shot is gorgeous. I have absolutely zero complaints - she isn't a celebrity who I feel is everywhere so I see no problem with her being on the cover. Besides they do what - one celebrity cover per year - small price to pay. Its not like Vogue Italia is going to stop using models or turn into Vogue US.

And I don't even like celebrity covers but this is gorgeous. I'll definitely be buying. Quite frankly I like it more than some of the recent VI model covers
