I always get the beauty supplements & any other supplement that comes w/VI and I live in the States. They always come shrink wrapped w/the issue.

^In France, I'm getting absolutely all the supplement - even Casa - excepted the Beauty one that never, but never comes (including the previous one, last fall or winter with Tanya Chubko - curly red hair and blue lipstick)
