I dont know, it was expecting so much more for Alt's first cover. I'm underwhelmed, dont like the pose, dont really like the dress. I do like that theres not a ton of text on the cover.

It's so soft...the location reminds me more of the Adriatic than St. Barts though...kind of waste of going there then Emanuelle? I am pleasantly surprised thus fur but am not holding my breath just yet.

i love the photo, but the typography makes the overall cover look like a high school project...
it makes me think that someone wanted to copy the type M&M used to do when they were creative directors but failed miserably...

Well it's nothing special is it? But then again it's not too bad either.
I think expectation was high last month for Carine's last issue and that was a disaster, and then the same thing for this issue, being Alt's first and although it wipes the floor with last month's (no mean feat there btw), it's still slightly disappointing. Not sure what I was expecting but but it's just OK.

i was actually going to say that this reminds me of something US Vogue would do if they had a model on their cover.

It's a beautiful image. But it's just that. Beautiful. I personally don't feel a spark by this.

it's an OK cover. not less, not more than I expected - well, not that my expectations were high...
the styling is certainly very feminine, which is what Alt said se wanted for Vogue Paris, a less tough attitude... there's something a bit weird about gisele's expression though.
