for those who wondered what was reality show about ... well Raquel's editorial is a good example ...
PETA fou-fighters are really behaving this way outside the tents .... so it was one of the options to show the Fur trend .... and why fur-wearers couldn't do a "bird-finger" to PETA while the LA starlettes could do it to the paps .... who are humans as well ... ?! A bird-finger remains a bird-finger .... what i'm saying is probably off-topic ........ but maybe the best way to show fur trend would be to show the furs like total dead animal ... unliving .... on a floor ... or on the contrary on animals those fur belong to .... that would be fun !!! |

Great editorials so far, especially that beautiful Raquel one. I'm not huge on fur, but I love how controversial that ed is. Beautifully executed as always.
Malgosia looks great there too. I love how fresh-faced and androgynous she looks there.Kate's editorial is lackluster, however, and resembles the W editorial with Hilary Rhoda a while back. Thanks for the scans, dieselmax, Diorette! You guys sure are quick!  I can't wait to see Anna and Sasha's eds.

the first thing that came to my mind when i saw raquel's ed was the fact that the PETA guys totally look like paparazzis, with anti-fur stuff instead of cameras (and the second thing was sex and the city, "fur is muuurderrr" lol). that is one of the reasons why i like it. they do behave similarly sometimes.

Oh wow.
 I'm seriously underwhelmed with this issue. At first I was excited but not now, even with two Inez and Vinoodh eds and Richardson ed. Like a lot of people have said, they are repeating themselves too much. Kate's ed is basically the same as Natasha, Freja on the beach, but with Kate in NYC at night.  The Testino ed is just shallow and stupid. I admit I am bias with my opinion, but flipping people off just doesn't mean anything. Plus, the Peta/Animal rights people should have had buckets of paint and cream pies on hand. Richardson's ed is dull. I don't know? Maybe I'll buy it if I have extra money lying around or something  |

^i guess they didn't do it (paint buckets) because of the risks on the furs ... maybe things changed but there's only one sample for every magazines ....
and i agree about Kate's ed .... unfortunately ! |
