The idea of the cover does not bother me, but I don't like the execution. I don't care for the facial expression and the hand covering the crotch tends to bug me, either figure out how to drape the coat or use panties, but I can get over that if everything else was working. I think that this would have worked better with a more seasoned model like Lara, Iris or Abbey.

I think what tips the cover over the edge for me is how oiled up she is.

I have never seen such a slutty cover on a fashion magazine before! Vogue Portugal does it again! It always manages to make people talk about it in a negative way. And as for Sara Sampaio, I think she has no class to be on the cover of a magazine like Vogue, even if it is Vogue Portugal. Playboy is the right place for a girl like her. And I'm sure the "exclusive" articles are translations from UK Vogue as it is usually the case with Vogue Portugal. I'm Portuguese and proud of my country but I just wish they would let Vogue Portugal go.

You can do a Vogue nude cover!
But this just read as GQ nude! It doesn't look classy!
I think Vogue Portugal it's a waist of money! It doens't feature portuguese photographers, designers or models (is VERY rare), and the core of this magazine is RE-PRINTS . They need another EIC to put our (portuguese) fashion on the cover, not someone that only likes fashion from the most important and talked about fashion weeks!

Ah perspectives! To me Sara looks beautiful and sexy & not vulgar. Someone said Lara (that i kind of like) would have been better for this cover? I think Lara looks like a porn star on about every single shoots or covers. Perspectives of how we see things again It's true this cover looks like a men's magazine cover but I don't think Sara should be blame for this?

Perspectives,perspectives...

The way u wrote it sound like you really don't like her (a girl like her? What the hell this mean?) Ok, your opinion but in my opinion Sara is a good model. She is not a high fashion model and i don't think she will be one one day but she is quite a lovely & talented model.

Talking of perspectives? ... Some playmate are way better models than fashion models, just my 2 cents!

Tbth I have nothing against Sara Sampaio the girl. I've read some of her interviews in Portuguese magazines and she actually sounds nice. Probably because English is not my mother tongue I used the wrong word. Maybe "model" could have sounded better. I don't think she is a good model for high-fashion but then that Vogue cover is not high-fashion in the very least. She looked so much better on the cover of French Marie Claire. Being Portuguese and knowing that there are so few Portuguese models out there, I would like that a Portuguese model could become a great model, a supermodel even, but I don't think that is the case with Sara.

And why are they re-printing an ed with S/S 2011 and Pre-Fall 2011 clothes in their November issue?
