^It would make sense since the dress comes from Fall 2006 Lanvin collection I don't see a reason why would they use it now.

yes it is from US VOGUE SEPT. 2006. I also wondered why they used this pic.

My theory is:

Since this supplement is called Гурман "gourmet" and deals with dishes, cooking, menus, snacks etc. they needed a cover in connection with the theme. So you have Natalia and a woman carrying a gâteau.

that makes more sense thanks for clearing it up, although it still surprises me they could not find a newer pic
P.S. the gourmet ed is adorable especially the 1st w/ the milk
