Man, can we just take a moment to appreciate what a phenomenal model Kristen is? The way she sink her teeth into the character with no holds barred is so thrilling. She sells Tim & Jacob's magical imaginarium like no one else.

This is the best duo on fashion right now.
Tim Walker is a legend, give him a story, some props and a great model and he will make magic. No photoshop needed, only a beautiful story.
Itīs really hard to count how many Walker editorials are "my favourite ever" but this one is way high on the list. This man is like no other and I hope he keeps doing what he does and never sell out.

'Far, far from land' is yet another STELLAR piece of work by Tim and Kristen. I can't think of any other photographer working right now whose vision is so uniquely striking and beautiful. I am just blown away; I have no words. The word breathtaking would be an understatement for this editorial.

Fantastic issue

I'm really not a fan of George Clooney but I love what they've done with him. He looks super cool here and the cover is just perfect.

Talking about perfection... Tim Walker's editorial is one of a ind. Pure genius when it comes to photography, concept and art direction. But of course the real star is Kristen whose work here is just phenomenal. Those shots in the aquarium are breathtaking

I can only echo everyone's sentiments towards Tim's ed. It's pure magic and with The Little Mermaid being my favorite childhood movie I can only love it more.

Michael Thompson also has a studio ed.

Surprising the pearl ring Kristen wears in her nose doesn't look as disconcerting in print. In the digital pics it looks like a snot bubble , in print it's less garish, to me anyway.

Supplement cover
Anna Ewers by Nicolas Kern

The only other fashion story is:
Quote:
Step and Repeat
Photographer: Michael Thompson
Stylist: Edward Enninful
Hair: Ben Skervin
Makeup:Frankie Boyd
Models: Katrin Thormann, Marina Krtinic, Suzanne Diaz, and Maria Flavia.

I also see they used Vogue Paris' May 2010 fonts for the ed titles.

Also here for Tim Walker's ed. The shots with Kristen in the tank giving a sense of eerie calm, love those. I just hate the typography of the title 'Far Far From Land' glaringly amateurish, even uglier in print.

This comment baffles me. What a weird thing to say.

I'm excited to see Katrin and Suzanne's names in the Michael Thompson line up. I haven't seen them in a high profile ed in a long time.

^what I forgot to say is that it's rather disappointing to read that they wear masks in the editorial.
