Don't like it ... however I'm just completely amazed at how colour blind the industry is to this girl. Its like the "black girl" rules don't apply to her ... Kudos to her and her management ... !!!

Very happy she's on the cover, she is styled as if she's part of the Burberry campaign or catalog. It's not bad, agree wish her hair was style different.

Even I'm not loving this cover , but it's still a big thing for Joan. IDK what other black girls besides Liya & Naomi have solo covers in Asia. She's really become the next girl in line. Good for her!!

Joan has in fact a real good management from 'what i''ve heard.
Other then that; this is not a good cover, her expression is really weird. But good for her for grabbing another cover.

To me the most off thing is the shadow on the side of Joan's face, she needed to be lit differently or something. Also Joan is normally very good at looking "naturally" fierce or model POed, but here she looks like she is "playing" fierce, or alternatively she looks like she is having an off day, like she wasn't feeling too well and Jayla from ANTM slipped her a Benadryl or something, however it looks like they could have worked around that, I am still more bugged by the lighting, and that there should have been a sexier vibe by simply opening up the trench a bit to expose the brief / bodysuit. The cover is not horrible, but it seems rife with amateur mistakes.
