cover is really pretty. seriously, I've never thought that Carey could be as...desirable/sexy/interesting as she looks on the cover

I wish I could say the same about the editorial, but I am interested in Best in Class editorial

^Really? I love W's size (eventhough it's hard to scan). On the other hand I hate it's paper quality. Every issue of mine that's more than 2-3 years old looks yellowish.

^It's even worst for issues dated more than 10 years ago. I have some 90s issues of W and the paper quality screams VINTAGE.

Carey definitely went back to boring me with that inside editorial. Not really understanding how these pictures tie together to tell a story either, maybe they weren't intending to though.

Michael Thompson is criminally underrated, I'm so glad to see him shooting covers for W again, because much of his work for W has been truly outstanding. Carey is wonderful in this editorial too, she's clearly not a model but her emotion shines through in ever shot, in a way that some models lack.

Great start to the year for W.
