^I think that really says something about the decade than the styling itself. Absolutely nothing distinctive about that decade, really. Except for maybe skinny jeans which, incidentally, Knightley mentions in her interview. The decade of reviving past trends?

Model Mania looks just fine. Nothing special about it in my own opinion. Is this the only editorial?

I need to pay more attention to Steven Klein; I notice a lot of his recent work is refreshingly unairbrushed in regards to skin. There are visible freckles and pores on the skin of these actresses and I love it!

The Keira's cover is the only cover than i like & the best, the other 3 are kind boring & cheap.

The Thompson's ed amazes me ,good for him finally back for his aesthetics of this mag back in the late 90's & early 00's. The casting is amazing.

I'm obsessed with the Scarlett 90's image.

Any time that Fei Fei Sun and Liu Wen are in images together I am so happy. I want to collect them all.

Actually, ditto for Wixson-Daphne.

One question: where's Carey?

I don't really care about images, but love the whole concept.

I think Mia is really the odd one out. Scarlett/Kiera/Rooney all in huge movies this past year, Mia, what did she do?

Rooney Mara's cover is just so awkward. I just can't believe that
someone thought that was the best choice...Awful

I don't understand, what does that have to do with anything? Knightley is on the cover to promote Anna Karenina and Johansson, Hitchcock. It has nothing to do with Johansson's success with The Avengers or Knightley's film which isn't even out in the States yet, but they chose these four to represent young actresses in Hollywood. Mara and Wasikowska aren't promoting films but maybe Wasikowska's cover was originally for Stoker which initially had a 2012 release. Just look at how promising her upcoming projects are and the fantastic performances she has given in the past and you'll see why she has the cover. She is actually the best actress out of all of them.
