The new issue of 10 is already out. I didn't buy it but here is what I remember...

Edits:
*Michelle Alves in Prada and Miu Miu. This sexy Brazillian babe does not resemble Miuccia in any shape or form, so it is quite an odd choice that she is chosen to embody her in this edit.
*Jessica Miller returns in a terrific black-and-white story. Best pic: Jessica doing Dior AW05 'prison chic', in the label's black-and-white striped shirt with a newsboy cap.
*Others: Iselin, Natasha V, and that's all that I can remember.

Elsa Benitez [sp] is on the new issue of Shop Etc. This magazine typically comes out in the beginning of the month like Marie Claire, so when I didn't see the new issue a while ago, I thought it got discontinued.

Debra Messing on the new 'C' magazine.

Worthwhile purchases: the Jan. UK Vogue (Elise + Demarchelier) and the Nov. Australian Vogue (feat. Gisele's editorial shot by Mario Sorrenti in Hong Kong, which is a reprint from Vogue China).

Also skimmed the Jan. UK Elle (Kate Winslet cvr), Jan. UK Glamour (Gwyneth Paltrow cvr), Tatler (Diane Kruger cvr), Jan. + Feb. Italian Flair (Mariacarla Boscono/Malgosia), but nothing stirred my interest.

as far as the january issues, i hated W, although the marykate photos are great (only two tho). i think the best january magazine was bazaar. it is the first time i ever read a magazine that thoroughly. i enjoyed the articles on how Fendi got its groove back and the luxury report on expensive pieces, counterfeit and white as the new black. even the us weekly-worthy piece on suzy's love life was interesting!
