^Well he photographs much better than some who did the campaigns for Balmain previously i think. Classic balmain but the execution is good. Thankfully it is in black and white because this collection is so full of colours, details and stuff, i think it would have been too much with the way the models pose.
Karl don't need to lose any sleep! His photography is as vulgar as his clothes, don't get it. At least Klein knows his angles and blocking, Olivier's photography looks like some amateur digital photography you see on random Tumblr pages. What's the 'story' here, if there even was one.
He relentlessly, shamelessly and aggressively owns the tacky. And he never forgets the vulgarity, ostentatious, and blatant decadence of a side of high fashion that even though I wouldn’t touch with a 10-mile pole, I’m more than entertained by. And thank goodness not a trace of stupid, insipid normcore with bored children scowling at the camera, in flat lighting… I like that about him and all this. And he’s a much more energized, creative and useful photographer than Karl can ever dream to be.
A stripped Marlon being violated by the women are the best shots.
I kind of LOVE it.... is it for sure Olivier who is the photographer because it looks like his past campaigns with Klein...anyways Lara looks SO fierce!
