I'm thrilled they decided to go for Brad. He's the perfect ambassador for Chanel IMO. It's an unexpected choice, for sure, but it will make this iconic perfume even more special.
Can't wait to see the commercial.

Chanel could have someone unknown fronting the No.5 campaign. It's the well-documented history behind the fragrance that sells. Although I grumbled about Brad at first, I do anticipate a male face for a women's fragrance.

Maybe he'll have Chanel donate his salary to charity. That would be nice. And also a bit surprising since Karl doesn't really seem like the most charitable type. Or maybe Brad's being paid in Chanel bags for Angie and the girls.

Assuming it's something like Brad walking around and reminiscing about a love of his who wore Chanel 5, it might catch the attention of men who end up purchasing the perfume for their woman. More money.

But I hope it's Brad taking bubble baths and winking at men before mysteriously running off into the night

with all the gender bending that karl has embarked on at the house of chanel, this commercial could go in any number of directions. three months ago, i couldn't have imagined riccardo tisci, gaspard ulliel, or kanye west looking good in a little black jacket either.
