I am not sure I really like this. I like the setting, but it just doesn't work for me. Rosie doesn't say Burberry to me at all, I think that another female model would have been a better choice, like Kate! I can't help but associate Rosie with VS.

I liked these in their thumbnail forms, but the bigger they are? The more hideous Rosie is. I hate her mouth; it just seems so sleazy? Everything about her screams, well, VS to me.. fun girl, I'm sure, but trashy. She has a vibe and an appearance that definitely clashes with how Burberry has always been perceived; ie, very elegant, sophisticated, almost matronly, yeah? It appears Christopher is all about changing that with appeal with his latest campaigns being very youth orientated, which is why this is so difficult for me to like at all as an ad. It seems a throwback to the older marketing of Burberry, but with a sleazy, ahh... slag dressed up in Burberry.

I can only imagine what later happened in that park. She just doesn't look like someone who takes tea at four, you know what I mean?

Great casting on his part, very British, very handsome, AND he portrayed one of my favorite frontmen ever brilliantly (which doesn't have much to do with the campaign, but is very much worth pointing out).

I agree with *ana*, when I heard about Rosie for Burberry, I wasn't very sure about it, but seeing it, I think that she did a great job and that she looks amazing.

maybe i like it because i rarely take a look at anything related to victoria's secret?... if any of the angels were in these ads i'd freak out, they just can't make anything look expensive, but like i've already said, i've always been indifferent to rosie, i didn't even know she was a VS regular, so i don't see her that way. she definitely have that 'sexy' thing to her but it isn't vulgar at all. i'm really surprised how much i like how this campaign is coming out, kind of reminds me of the kate moss ads.

Not saying at all that I agree with you're comments here.......but all the same I really admire you're honesty and it did make me laugh a bit too.

i still like the campaign (though some color would have been better) but the video up on the site is so.. abercrombie. of course with less skin and way better clothes
