i don't understand, the fall 09 campaign isn't even out yet and the cruise collection is suppose to be for the summer holiday period so isn't these suppose to be 09 CRUISE??

i miss brad, too. however, this ad campaign -- while truly banal by karl lagerfeld standards -- will get those shanghai and moscow cash registers ringing. the idea's so strong and the clothes so true to that vision that chanel really didn't need to go all conceptual for the ad campaign.

personally, i'd love to have seen an homage to visconti's 'death to venice' featuring a brad kroenig reprising the role as tadzio.
