what is this tho? what is she addicted to? sitting around half dressed?
That's exactly what I have an issue with here too, and all Addict ads since John left...I still remember that horrific Addict campaign with Daphne a year or two ago...YIKES...if there was anything that girl was addicted to in that campaign, it was Pinterest...

There is literally nothing addictive or addicting about these ads nor do they portray any kind of addiction. What's the point, then?

I'm missing the Liberty Ross Addict commercial right now...so much more memorable and well conceptualized. We'll all forget this Sasha Luss campaign by tomorrow.

Dior Addict ( I mean, the perfume itself) is anything BUT cute and adorable, it's sexy and seductive and In see none of these traits in this campaign. These pictures and the chosen model = Fail.

Isn't the entire brand identity at the moment a conscious step away from the kind of in your face Galliano aesthetic that the Liberty Ross ad exemplifies? I think the rebranding makes sense given how the house has attempted to distance itself from all those old associations.

I do agree though that the fragrance is very seductive & sexy.

The issue, I suppose, is not that it's not in line with the imagery Galliano produced for the fragrance, the issue is that this advertising (and all Addict advertising since Galliano has left) has anything to do with "Addiction" at all. If that's the name of the fragrance, the advertising should reflect that. And it definitely does not.

Enjoy you guys! Don't pay attention to the thumbs quality, it's because of the heavy size of the photos!

I still fail to see the connect between the brand (Addict) and the image (these images)...

The new Addict Eau de toilette also smells NOTHING like Dior Addict. They're screwing up the Addict line big time.

I don't get the two videos. The stills are amazing but the transitions in the film are very choppy and underwhelming. I do want to smell it and see if I hang off a chandelier and go topless. Smh... Smh again.
