I hate this picture and this ad. Davidīs hair and attitude looks more mature and then the tattoed body, the boring underwear and yes, the bump.

i think he ages very well... finally, no sharp abs, no photoshopped oiled body...he looks like a quite normal good-looking hunk. more sexy than before
