I agree. You can't really see the clothes either. I'd much rather see Natalia pulling off different "roles" (mother & wife - maybe with Justin and the kids; charity organizer; and a glamorous star) while wearing DVF dresses.

I'd rather go with a predictable and sappy concept that shows off the collection, then an artsy ad that doesn't really focus on the clothes. It's not the right approach for re-launching a campaign after many years of nothing......

Those aren't the real ads...are they? How is that an ad for clothing?

I wish I could post my favorite picture of a boat sinking that says "all aboard the failboat". This is how I feel about DVF. Really? REALLY NATALIA? From CK to something I could make in psp.

if you read the 1st post you'll see the original idea was not to feature the clothes

The images don't hawk a certain dress, but convey the spirit of the fashion house and its charismatic founder

nastassia Natalia's thread is not a proper image credit. You must credit the original source that the images came from.

TIA

What is the spirit?

Grunge? I thought DVF was about elegance and feminity. This is a hot mess of color explosion and not what the house is about.
