I loved this collection, and I think these adverts show case it well. My favourite Dolce ad for quite some time.

I have never been a Coco fan, but she is fierce with that riding crop!

Fabulous campaign. It's cold, a bit bizarre, the lighting is superb.

I love that it takes sex and makes it more creepy then sexy, whether that was the intent or not, I'm loving it.

That shot of the three girls in the silver gowns with the naked boy is flawless. The way the light bounces of the crystals and highlights Coco's leg is just beautiful.

i love when designer's use repetition so i don't at all mind the naked men... it's dolce and it's part of their image.

that said, i think the men completely take away from the women, who IMO are not sexy at all. vlada is way too skinny compared to everyone else and coco's poses just seem too contrived. i also think the lighting and after-effects are just too... perfect and clean and glossy if that makes sense. if they were going for an s&m theme, i would have liked the pictures to be much darker, grittier, almost sinister.

the photo from the lookbook with the four girls in metallic bikinis and masquerade masks is an amazing image that should have set the tone for the campaign. the masks give it a darker mood.

This is ok, better than last season, but I don't like Klein for Dolce. He was ok for D&G, but not suited for the mainline imo. I hope they give it to someone else (I'd even prefer Testino) next season.

So this is what Dolce & Gabbana advertisements are turning into? A room filled with a naked man or two surrounded by models in that season's clothing?

I'm not going to lie; the advertisements are pleasing to the eye: The colors are rich, the casting is spot-on (most of the time), but that's about it. This collection had so much potential, but instead this played-out concept was used yet again.
