bianca looks great, they styled her brilliantly. monica doesn't look that great, her make-up looks a bit too heavy. the ads aren't doing that much for me but they look quite nice.

Sorry for that, but in the first picture they look like before someone's funeral. Maybe with happier faces, but still...
Only Bianca and this little girl are not in black and this fact makes me feel it's different situation

Second shot with Bianca in printed combo is way better

This looks great except for the fashion models and the clothes that they are wearing.

Those old people and kids are werking it! This is the only fashion image that I think works and it is merely OK. I know that they changed photographers (which seems like a change for the better), but did they also change the stylist and / or creative director? It just looks like two steps forward in terms of photography and setting and then two steps backwards in terms of fashion and casting. I don't think that the fashion model casting is wrong per se, but the models just aren't delivering in the images that have been released thus far - thank goodness for those other people in the photos. IMO most if not all of the models from the two most recent seasons brought the right look and vibe, they just had to execute crappy concepts on bad sets, and here it looks like the opposite is happening.

I agree and would throw in the extras as well.

Dolce & Gabbana ads have been so corny these past few seasons and this one is no exception.

i actually got SO tired of this whole 'italian family' thing they've got going on since forever. As an italian I get very frustrated when we're portrayed as a bunch of bigots with their pizza, pasta, mandolinos and holy mary statues i could use italian brands as D&G not incentivating this. I don't dislike the shots, i actually love them for once, but the concept behind them is stale. It's nearly 2012, I find it hard to find a family (or group of people) in italy that resembles what they're constantly trying to portray. Or people who are actually nostalgic of those times (of bigotry and ignorace, by the way). It may work for foreing people cause they see this kind of images and go like 'oh, how romantic', but as an italian im fed up by it - and i know many other people who feel this way.

I like it! Bianca steals the show and also is that Simone Nobili as the guy? really beautiful, earthy and warm. The clothes look better than the runway plus I want to go to Italy even more after I saw this one lol

Brilliant campaign! Bianca, like everyone else said, steals the show for sure. I don't think I've ever been as happy for a model comeback as I've been for Bianca's. She's killing it right now. I love the execution of it, even though the concept is stale and stereotypical it still works.

It's nice to see different varieties of people in fashion editorials/campaigns instead of just young beautiful ones.

I actually like it a lot. I LOVE the colors. So warm and vibrant. I'm glad they didn't go with the brown overlay like they did for the mens campaign. This is the best campaign they did of the 'Sicilian' theme.
