The "I Feel Love" remix is maybe not what I expected and it sounds a bit too fantasy and maybe not sexy enough...then again...Frida is incapable of sexy.

^ exactly my thoughts.

I want to appreciate the creativity and the liquid beauty of the commercial, the fields and flowers etc., but for somehow it doesn't quite say anything. Particularly, not anything related to Gucci in any way.

This would have been the perfect ad for some Stella McCartnney fragrance, but for Gucci... I don't know. It is very pretty though. The bottle of the frag looks cheap I think.

I loathe that 'Guccio Gucci handwriting Gucci font' that Frida seems to adore and plaster all over the place including fragrances, belt buckles, handbags etc.

It is pretty tacky.

you are forgetting one crucial thing: Frida has NO CLUE what Gucci is and is Gucci. she's all over the place.

... it would have been nice to include more footage not basically repeating footage (the whole psychic flower movement? TWICE?)

like this, the shorter version looks better. tighter cut.

I'm with you on that one.....it reminds me of the poppy field where Dorothy passed out in the "Wizard of OZ" movie.

That is exactly what I wanted to say. I really don't like the commercial. I don't see it as ethereal or whatever, just creepy, and paired with the music it sounds and looks like she's under a spell or something

The longer commercial is much better than the short one. While I do think it is silly that the "psychedelic wind-in-the-flower" bit was repeated...I just think the ad plays better longer. Mainly because the "I Feel Love" remix makes more sense in the minute long spot. In the short one, it sounds very abrupt and odd. The longer version is actually very beautiful. It sounds very dreamy and surreal.
