LOVE hilary, but I have to say.. these ads are meh... they looks like mediocre editorials at the most.. I can't believe Inez&Vinoodh could only come up with this for ads...

So sad Imagine if this was an editorial. It'd be the worse one US Vogue had to offer.

Not much. Loks a lot like Max Mara just that Max Mara is 1000 times better, though I love Hilary this is really nothing special and boring.

just checked the max mara. heu...could someone tell me what make you think of max mara in this Givenchy ads?????!!!! coz except the b&w photos, the couples... i really don't see the ressemblance!!

I like them, dont love them. They seem more like catalogue pictures though, rather than campaign ones

These are pretty darn basic, but I still like them. It makes the clothes look more abstract and art-gallery-esque, and the composition does complement the collection.

I expected so much more! More colour, more action, more poetic art & images... This is just lazy, to shoot in a plain studio with barely no 'furniture'...

I agree, berlin.
they definitely gave priority to the suits, I probably wouldn't have even looked at them again if it wasn't for the ads. there's something very simple about it, which reminds me of late 60s advertisements. and the set design is pretty amazing indeed, a bit reminiscent of Simon Costin's work..but I might be totally off-base here.

I love Givenchy and Hilary Rhoda... but these ads don't interest me. Lara and Hilary look good, but I wouldn't look more into it.
