if the hair was styled differently the campaign would be really cute
Agree, the hair ruins it, maybe even in a darker shade it would have been better.
I hate everything about Isabel Marant's recent designs but I like that second image with the clashing print - the '80s/'90s feel about it reminds me of the past Giuseppe Zanotti campaigns with Anja Rubik. I think, strangely, the smile contributes quite a lot to the vintage vibe.
I'm glad she's smiling - that first image is very bold, I'd be happy to see it (if I masked off the hair) when I turned the page of a magazine.
She looks like a middle aged mom who's daughter is a teen & she is desperately trying to fit in. You never look cool when you are trying to look cool. This is a shame coming from an effortlessly cool label like Isabel Marant.
