It's nice but the arm with the hand holding the back of her head looks like it's been photoshopped that it's lost its dimension. It looks more like a ribbon or chiffon when I take the image as a whole.

The dress and the perfume bottle are way too kitschy for my taste, but everything else about this is fantastic. Karlie looks amazing.

Her face looks distorted to me; probably due to the tremendous amount of photoshop. Overall a nice image though.
