So much better than I expected! I like feel that it more like bag ad than Madonna ad, which I was scared of.

i would LVE if they put Courtney Love in this. now THAT would be a decadent french cafe atmosphere.
there's much more on to say the Madonna's campaign but i'll save it for later.

I love them. Not what I expected at all. But it looks really good, I thought Meisel would go over the top, but he didn't and thats good.

I still don't know what to think about this... Need to see more, even though I love Madonna and Steven Meisel's photography. They used to be a perfect combination.

God bless Miesel and Photoshop. Long may they reign. I couldn't imagine Madonna as a wrestler zombie based on these ads and that was pretty much the bulk of my expectations. The fact that the bags aren't hideous is a nice bonus!

mmmh need to see more, but so far it's ok, nothing groundbreaking.

I'm agree with the Missoni colors and the need of movement in the ads the collection was made for something iconic.

And courtney would be insane, I would love that but that will never happen.

Madonna, put your legs away - and I don't mean over your shoulders or round the back of your neck. I don't want yoga with my handbags, I simply want a self-assured Madonna sitting around a cafe/gin joint after-hours, holding court - though that might involve contact with substances incompatible with Kabbalah.

None of this 'legs up to show off the shoes' - that's idiotic, if I want to look at a shoe, I know where people's feet are, they're usually below their head. There's no great allure in strained joints that makes me run to the shoe shop so I can recreate the same.

It's just that one pose, that one picture - no 'yoga thing' please. I'm looking at the mistress of reinvention, so I don't want to see the same thing again!
