Ew. Why do this collabs have to exist? PRETENTIOUUUUUS! And she looks like JLo in that Marc's Vuitton campaign by M&M when they were actually M&M (or Bourdin?).

Ugly collection deserves bad campaign. I'll be buying better souvenir at the Louvre gift shop.

That has to be one of the worst designer bags I've seen in my life. Awful!
Not impressed with the shot either. I'm so tired of LV X Alicia, give me something new.

The text next to the images explains that they're from the campaign, not special for ELLE France.

I feel kinda guilty here because I found myself interested in that "RUBENS" backpack
But in another way I'm kinda tired of this thing of play around with a such huge house to make something ironic, silly but in a ''conceptual way''. Supreme colab were so much better than this and Supreme is a "ironic" brand...
You can't take this bags serious, so, at least, they should have done something more playful with campaign because is very ridiculous see Alicia "seriously posing like a model" holding that weird bag...

This is so bad I cannot believe it's coming from LOUIS VUITTON of all brands.

I like how Koons is leading way, beaming with pride, while carrying such atrociously hideous bags!

It's a truly ugly backpack, I'm sorry. Patrick Demarchelier shot some LV ambassadors at the event, and they stuck Michelle Williams next to this backpack. Much like the one you seem to like, but in blue and white - even worse. I would say rather get a Chanel backpack (if they're even still available), instead of LV

Did Koons actually design this??? It would be better for him to stick to pandering to the masses with his 'art'.

It's really bad, 100% cheap fast fashion, not LV worthy.

Horrible collaboration with a campaign to match. Perfect.

I actually think if there's a brand that I would expect to do this sort of cheap things... it would be Vuitton.

I always thought Vuitton and their tacky cheap aesthetic, was sorta tongue in cheek, not now though, I seriously believe they think this the epitome of chic or at least trying to portray it as that.
I guess it sells, but I seriously do not understand what the hell there doing with Vuitton or any of the other brands in Arnault's stable. I cannot wait for the day LVMH crumbles and Arnault goes broke but that will never happen. People are too attached to the names and legacy of Monsieur Dior and the actual interesting things Marc did at Vuitton, to actually care they are getting ripped off. Fendi is about the only LVMH brand that still has some cachet design wise.

^I would say Céline is the most genuine brand at LVMH. Dior and LV... or Givenchy. I just can't with them.

Don't understand the hate toward this. I like the fact the campaign stands out from all the other campaigns Nicolas Ghesquière has done for Louis Vuitton (obviously this has the input of Jeff Koons too) and I certainly don't hate it. The desert concept takes me back to M&M's Louis Vuitton campaign for Spring 2004.
