Yeah, I'm pretty sure Marc is actually good friends with Victoria and isn't mocking her. They collaborated to do a satire. She's a clever and bright woman and I'm not even a fan. I think it's brillopad she's showing a fantastic sense of humor with these. Gold star for her.

and also reminds me of Panos' quote about the Marc Jacobs' collection... He said something (not very nice) about Ms. Beckham... I'm sure someone could find this quote... all this collaboration is getting on my nerves.... i'm tired of this.... this is such a big joke.... i mean how can you go from Rachel Feinstein to Victoria Beckham.....??????? |

Oh she may very well not be truly stupid, but to me this is completely mocking her. She's in a designer shopping bag, legs dangling like a Barbie doll or a mannequin, basically it's saying that she's a product.
If this was someone else, someone who has that tongue in cheek downtown art vibe I could totally see this as being a funny thing, but she's not, she's a parody of what fashionistas are. There's a fine line between satire and mocking, I think this crossed it.
