I'm a M.I.A fan and it's odd seeing her in these clothes, because 99.5% of what she wears looks nothing like this. She usually wears flamboyant, loud, colorful clothes. The best comparison I can make to non-fans is to imagine Sofia Coppola in an ad wearing this:

The ads are alright, not amazing. Been in love with her for 3 years, but they really dont do her justice.

Besides, you have to have, a very open mind to enjoy this kind of campaign.
If you haven't just don't come in a thread where it's mentioned M.I.A, Juergen Teller or even Marc Jacobs.
