I don't mind Juergen Teller at all, but he and Missoni are not a good fit.

agreed. juergen is so bleh. i miss the old style, but i do love the model casting and the styling and of course, the clothes. i don't mind the old man, he doesn't look creepy at all to me, just like a cute little old man.

Although Meisel is not doing his best atm, the fall 2008 and spring 2009 campaigns were amazing. I would love to see Missoni return to those days.

It's nice seeing Katlin, but Missoni ads have been going down hill for seasons. The last good one was s/s 08 with Bianca Balti. The one with isabeli & Natasha was good, but I liked the Bianca one better.

yeah me too. the whole concept of the campaign is so boring and plain, without any real focus on the clothes. where is the glamour??

The last great campaign they've produced was F/W 09. Love Katlin in this but I'd wish they'd get rid of Teller.

I have to echo almost everyone else in saying that Teller's style is wearing very thin now. Having said that this is slightly better than his usual tripe.
Missoni come back with the model casting of the season and then hire Teller again to f**k it up.

I think the last time I actually liked a Missoni ad was in 2004/2005 during the Kate Moss and Mert & Marcus period

^^i liked those too... they were really striking

i'm just not crazy about teller's overly bright unflattering photography.
i can understand the desire for authenticity (meaning you can see wrinkles and imperfections in his photos) but i think he maybe amplifies those things too much so that people end up looking ghoulish sometimes

i don't think the campaign is terrible, but i don't feel like teller's aesthetic is a good fit with missoni...
just doesn't mesh with the brand for me
