Much better than Meisel's work. Slimane brings a certain classicism to the house, and I can see how it would appeal to the customer moreso than Meisel's fanciful aesthetic.

i like the ad so far. theres a slight movement that reminds me of the fall ads i think when there was all that colorful "fur." hopefully the other images are darker.. i want to see it more in the shadows, like how the runway presentation was.

oh, the comment about the model's nose was unnecessary

I don't think there's anything particularily wrong with either shots, actually I am realy finding myself attracted to the group scene. The nose is not distracting to me, if anything it improves the shot and would probably be less without.

prada does not have the courage of her convictions. why has she presented two different visions with two almost un-related ad campaigns for men and women?! i hate it when she does this because as crazy as i find her runway presentations, i expect her to bring them down to earth and translate them with a single voice both in advertising and in the merchandising of her boutiques.

is the prada man so different from the prada woman this season? with all those studded pieces, i think not.

Oh I love it. The collar..the studded collar
Until now, it's getting lower and lower. I'll wait to see if there's more perspective.

I think I read somewhere that Slimane was scouting at Coachella festival for Prada , so if thats true these guys are basically freeessh onto the scene.

i think this is good Miuccia now seperates menswear and womenswear in campains.

i tend to think it's best ... the idea of a couple seems really tired, to me.
and i'm happy Miuccia has understood this !

but for the moment, this campain is a BIG let-down to me - comparing to last season campain (which I can't repeat enough was ONE OF THE BEST campain of SS 2009 !)
