Yepp, Miuccia is determined to make celebrities happen as far as fronting campaigns go. Not that it's such a rare thing to begin with, but I feel like this is her sole purpose the last couple seasons. Hope she fails.
The campaign is slightly forgettable, I prefer the previous one. I do, like some, wish it was in color. I don't mind the celebs, even though I love my models, especially Dane. I'm very glad he is included!
Can't quite explain it, but the whole thing is so appealing to me. Yes, would be more and more better if there's a little bit of colour but even in b/w like this, the clothes looks very desirable. The weakest for me is Mr. Harvey.. not charming enough.
Our existence is not worthy without your presence. Join the fun!
The 'super random group of various actors' concept worked for me the first time around as I really loved the last campaign, but this time it falls flat for. The only person here that I find remotely interesting is Harvey Keitel, and he definitely doesn't look his best here. He looks like an angry man that really hates having to pose for this (Come to think of it, it's kind of hot ). I find all the close-up shots especially awkward, except for the one with the laughing boy in the glasses (Dane, I guess), that shot is cute. But as a whole this does nothing for me.
