I actually thought, with the foot on the mouth, that the fluid was coming from somewhere else, and not from a bottle. I thought that someone was standing on his face and giving him a golden shower in his mouth, and I wouldn't be surprised if that was the underlying intention, and the addition of a hint of a bottle is only there to keep it 'clean' on the conscious level.
