I don't know which house is more boring between Valentino & Dolce & Gabbana nowadays. I don't see the difference every season, maybe i'm a bit too rude but this is what i think. I miss the days of Valentino Garavani.........
I think I'd rather see Zuzanna, honestly. I am, however, very happy to see CBN in this campaign. Looks like a watered down version of last season's, but I'll take it.
lol at all the negative comments. I say the designers have an amazing thing for them happening at Valentino, and it shows in the ad campaign too. I think this will turn into another beautiful campaign regardless if the concept is similar to past seasons.
LOVE this casting! I was afraid when I herard those other names.
OMG! Caroline, Jac and Frida. This is awesome!

Caroline is def very Valentino to me. Then Frida. Then Jac. It's funny I feel like they just found some BFFs to shoot together : ) Yes definitely could have some more life. We'll see the next photos. I loved last season!!
The backdrop, the collection, and Turbeville's work are all classically stunning. No one can deny that. However, I'm scratching my head at the casting. Don't get me wrong, I don't for one second doubt the Valentinobility of the girls. But I have to ask, why would anyone cast such a dynamic trio, only to have them stand like lifeless dummies?
Perhaps only those who are familiar with the Frigaciak/[insert trio name, do they have one?] grouping would find fault with the casting. Individually, they all scream Valentino. Together, the blandness just bothers me. And this is coming from someone who loved the quaint stiffness of last season's Valentino campaign.

They're standing around like princesses that aren't allowed to leave the castle, killing time until someone does that to their father and takes over the realm, at which point there'll be no more pretty dresses for his daughters...
