I liked this image instantly and I questioned myself because the white background in the LV ads bugged me so, but there is something about the composition here and mood here that works.

I found the composition a bit awkward at first glance but I have the suspicion that if I saw this first across 2 pages in a magazine that I would be mesmerized. Very interested in seeing the rest of this campaign.
Valentino seems to constantly pull out the best ads of the season despite having the most consistently mediocre clothes. So so glad that they went with the legendary Deborah Turbeville (I was just thinking how Zuzanna would look so good in one of her images). Soft, slightly derelict edge to this photo . Is KT still behind the styling (please tell me yes)?
What a great change for Valentino, so happy that they got Deborah for this. It's pretty and romantic but with a little dark and moody vibe. Really love it.
