Easy question! Because they are the best. Supermodels are beautiful and powerful women (the opposite to that new """"models"""""). Besides, it wouldn't be something very suitable seeing an 15 year-old girl in YSL.

I really wonder when we'll see women walking along a catwalk (as in the 90's) and not teenagers -badly-disguised as models.

And beacause Claudia is one of the best models ever, of course.

strange, what noone hadnt mention it before,but i think what its the same that Louis Vuitton fw 2008 with eva herzigova (same colours, same vibe, almost same backgroung and iconic blonde)

^^I was going to say that, it has a similar vibe but this is way better *cough* no ugly bags *cough* it's strong and feminine, it's focused on the clothes and shoes. Love the perspective of the shot and Love even more the Y.

I can't wait to see more.

Does everyone remember how Pilati revivified YSL's aesthetic with his first batch of ads for s/s '05? It as quite a change from all the airbrushed garbage...
And lately it was back to that bad stuff..and now it seems he's come full circle.

I really like the expressiveness we first saw a while ago.
