for me, it just depends on the series! what manga do you read?

Lacroix, I've read and watched FMwS, and it's pretty cute, but not my cup of tea at all. I love Tanemura Arina, though (the author of the manga series), and I loved her first big series - Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. It's a bit more adult and action-packed in my opinion!

Monster is one of the only manga I really got into.
Whether you read the manga or watch the anime (I recommend the anime over the manga any day!), the Monster series is definitely just... amazing.
Anyone else watch/read this series too?

I watched the animation, not the manga.

anyone has MAL account? i had one for the longest time, but idk... a lot of people on MAL seem to talk just about the series. there isnt many people to talk to about art works, etc.

I watched the animation first and then the manga... the anime is way better imo.
And yeah, it's a hell of a long series...

Yes, I've read 20th Century Boys as well. I got really into Naoki Urasawa's work for a while when I was younger...
