I've heard of Sunadokei I'll definitely have to search for it!

I only read manga nowadays, though...so I'll be looking for print versions

^ Yep, that's what I was referring too...I know I'm kinda weird but I don't really like anime, while I adore manga (as well as other kinds of "comics", or better, "painted literature", as our great Hugo Pratt used to call it... )

Does anyone like Galaxy Express 999? I this anime
I just finished watching all the episodes, what they have online...
They have only 18, which is sad I think the series goes up to 138+ and there are several movies. I'd love to get the manga but I think someone stole it from our library Such beautiful drawings that anime... Maetel is sooo pretty! But the one I like, she is called Lahla! So pretty

well, I started to buy Manga about 10 yrs ago, when I was in elementary school. I was a big fan of Sailor Moon, as I still am.
I love Ai Yazawa's Paradise Kiss, Othello, Junko Mizono's work and Neon Genesis Evangelion.

@Ariella, I've seen it. But well, I like the Manga more, because I don't like the way they set the Anime.

I've really gotta read it! Mangas always seem to be better than the anime.

If books could play music, they'd be perfect! I like going at my own pace and not waiting though those long panning shots.

I miss CowboyBebop, (at the end of the series I was so sad, so precious for me) ... I was in love with Yoko Kanno music.

See You Space Cowboy....

But my first love was Ghost In the Shell

In case you guys dont know about this amazing anime and manga series,
i want to introduce you to Naruto!!!^^
I just love Naruto man, so funny and the action is pretty awesome, although they sometimes seems to drag on the plot a bit too much, but generally it's been very exciting!
At the moment, it's one of the most exciting arc!

for more info, you guys can visit narutofan.com or ask me^^

Hello everyone. Can anyone recommend an anime that is like 'Fruits Basket'...i really liked that one, I've tried some others.
Cowboy bebop, bubblegum crisis, ghost in the shell...they were ok...but just not my style. Any ideas of more I may like?
Thank you.

^I remember Ranma 1/2 is about transformations...
It's a very old manga though
It's all about family and relationships I suppose

Another one is Mimi wo Sumaseba "If you listen closely"
I was able to read a few sample pages of this once online-- I downloaded it
I don't know where it is anymore
I'd rather get the whole book
Anyway the story is very sweet...It's about a girl who finds out that all the books she takes out at the library is taken out by the same boy. Over and over it's like this

Well you already get it, no?

Thank you for your reply! I forgot about Mimo wo Sumaseba, I have seen this one, it was wonderful!
I will try to find Ranma 1/2, it sounds very interesting. Thank you so much for your suggestions.
