i love thatch too! we have a massive 6 foot tall thatch fence around our house! i love it...although god forbid if there was a fire, id be trapped! i think the fireproofing spray has worn off hahahaha

Have you all seen this house? It's called the "Hanse Colani Rotor House," and is designed by Luigi Colani.

There's a house a few minutes away from where I live.. there's nothing ground-breaking in the design but I just love it for some reason.. everything about it feels so calm and in tune with the landscape surrounding it (a perfect view of the Pacific and a horse yard.. )... very desertic.
