the house is indeed very modern.....but i think with the right art and finishing touches it could be warmed up....

i love the shot of the kitchen/dining area...(i think it is)....
with the glass walls.....as if you're sitting outside....
delicate and beautiful.....i love that feeling of bringing the outside indoors...

Other than the super-neat garage entry, the "House of the Year" isn't all-too-exciting.

And that $70 million penthouse...such a beautiful exterior, but a fussy interior.
