That's pretty clever when you lack space.

^ Wow that is neat. I like a bit of clutter with my books though.

Post #254 - I don't like the books under EACH step, but going up the staircase I think it's quite cool.

Here's how I have my books stored. Kind of boring, I know. But at this point I'm just glad I have enough space to put my favorite books on display. I have lots more that I have to keep in a locker. My dream is to have a huge library someday, like the ones in post #251

I'm running out of room on my bookshelf again.

^^Amazing, yet rather unstable looking, no? That would make me nervous. If it collapsed it would likely damage some of the books, and I don't like seeing books abused. I'm quite sensitive about it, I tell others to treat their books well ... unless they're some trashy novel, in that case ...

^ They never will for me. I still love the feeling of holding a physical book in my hand and turning the pages one by one.

Couldn't have said it better myself! I was thinking the same when I read the post above yours, and then I scrolled down, relieved to see I'm not the only one who feels this way. Plus, who could truly enjoy browsing someone's Kindle or iPad library? A tangible library though? Lovely to look through, and reveals much about its owner.

^I love that... It's actually something that I could see myself having, and using... Thanks for posting.
