Another great illustrator was Ida Rentoul Outhwaite. I "discovered" her work a couple of years ago, but had forgotten her name (not an easy name to remember, if you ask me). Fortunately, after much sleuthing, I found her again! So here are some images

I've found some great illustrations by Paulina Stuckey. I'm not sure if she has ever illustrated a children's book , but her works look like they belong in a fairy-tale book.

The last one is my favorite, so far

I've updated my site with 700+ more images since last post. The new artists includes: Czeschka, Pavlishin, Jessie M. King ... and it has passed the 1000 images mark.

For those who haven't visit my Web site, I believe I have the largest collection of images scanned from the original books, not reprint, etc. Details and colors are lost in subsequent reprint of their works, which you can directly compare from other sites.

If you like it, I would appreciate a link from your site. Enjoy !!!
