i really like the first painting
the one with the angel and the two boys
the taller boy's expression looks like he is blaming us(the viewer) for bringing down the angel
Personally I like the second one better. I love how he painted so much about characters like Death. He didn't make them look evil, just part of nature. That's a reoccuring theme in his work.
These examples aren't really the best, but I've yet to find a site with more works. His illustrations were very good, and I think he did some photography too.
