Posters and Wall Art
(Hopefully there isn't a thread like this already. Don't hate!)
 I've never been much of a poster person, but I have a poster that my dad owned growing up. He framed it and left it in storage and when we moved into a new house, I decided to have it up in my room:  popartuk.com My brother has this in his room, but I think I'm going to steal it soon because he's already moved out to go to uni.  I can't find the poster online, but here are the pictures from it. It came in a tube because my mother ordered The Beatles 1 cd from the tele, and the poster came as a bonus.     majorlycool.com When I was younger, I had Titanic and two Spice Girls posters.   (But they are still cool.)Anyone else?

I collect posters of exhibitions (and any exhibitions materials) ...
I don't have a lot ... but still ... something like 50 (and 3 carboxes of exhibitions flyers + 3 shoes boxes) ... and none of them hang on my walls ... I used to have a lot of posters in my teens, too. like a huge poster of Jennie Garth from 90210 ... human size ! not ashamed at all ! I never really bought music posters. But I guess I have one or two ... About music, I want the Joy Division famous poster. But never bought it ! I guess one day I'll buy it ! And I have few fashion posters ... Oh and I own a small piece of a John Armleder wall-paiting-sticker ...

What I have hanging on my walls...
. an inspiration poem . post it notes . 1996 calender (It has a photo of me at 4 yrs old) . rip outs from magazines . postcards . art (some of my work and one print by my friend) . jacket of Harry Potter 7 . school timetables . posters of art exhibitions . ripouts from Ikea catalogues:  image from my flickr photostream It kind of feels like I have real potplants and vases with flowers in front of my workspace.
